WOA 26th General Assembly Concludes in San Francisco, CA

26th World Olivet Assembly World General Assembly

From October 28 - 31, the WOA's 26th World General Assembly was held in San Francisco, California. Hundreds of mission and ministry representatives converged for the three-day conference.

With the theme of the meeting taken from Matthew 28:19-20, delegates convened to further the progress of the Great Commission. Through seminars, workshops, consultations, both global ministries, and regional member church leaders recounted what God has done through the WOA network this year, as well as committing new plans for development until 2020 to God and also to one another.

Special workshops were held for prayer group leaders, pastors/overseers, church planters, teachers and business for mission leaders, where each role in the global church were reaffirmed through Bible lectures, and experienced leaders gave testimonies of God's work, equipping delegates with practical applications of the Word of God that can further the ministry.

The conference concluded on the third day, with the closing service taken from John 21, where Jesus challenged Peter to commit his love for Christ into action through taking care and feeding the Lord's people.
