AM Leadership Training Launches With Renewed Hope for Campus Mission

The Apostolos Missions 2018 Leadership Training launched on Mon. Jun 25. The full-day program included an opening service, two lectures, and a seminar on teaching. 7 attendees from the North America region participated and received great grace and strength through the program.

The opening service was delivered by the AM's General Secretary. The main passage came from Luke 4:17-21. This passage describes the character of AM as a campus ministry. We seek to follow the heart of Christ who did not come among the healthy, but rather, the sick. He was the One who sought to bring comfort to the broken and wounded world. The world is really suffering in sin. But God is carrying this world in His heart. He earnestly seeks to save those who ahem wandered aimlessly. The commission of AM leaders is to be shepherds of the Lord's people; to live as the messengers of Christ and share the good news of Gospel and proclaim the message of freedom to those enslaved.

All the attendees received abundant grace and confessed their hearts to recommit their hearts during the training and become a person who can carry the world in their hearts.

The teaching lecture discussed the principles of teaching. The most essential element of teaching is not actually about skill, but about inviting the Holy Spirit. the attendees learned that the ultimate goal of teaching is to save. They should know Romans deeply in order to explain salvation deeply.

The day concluded with prayer given by guest from Elim Center. All the attendees received abundant grace and confessed their hearts to recommit their hearts during the training and become a person who can carry the world in their hearts. The attendees resolved to pursue the noble things in life and seek first the Kingdom of God.

The program will continue for 5 days. We pray for the grace of God to continue to abound.
