Zambia Revival church held two grace-filled services on Easter Sunday. Congregants were blessed by the day's programs. Both services included participation from Olivet Assembly of Africa staff who delivered sermons and gave bible studies.
One bible study from 1 John 4:1-21 emphasized verse 7 which states: "Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God."
The sermon's theme was "Christ is Risen" taken from Matthew 28:5-7. It described a brief history of God from the creation to how man came to fell away God, and then how Jesus sacrificed himself with love to come and save people by offering himself as a sacrifice for their sins.
The sermon emphasized that Jesus Christ's death was not in vain. It was to redeem us and that we should let His death have an impact in our lives. Jesus is no longer dead but lives and is sitting at the right hand of God waiting for the day to Glorify those that believed in Him and followed His commands.
The day included powerful prayer sessions focused on revival and restoration. Participants were blessed by performances from the praise and worship team, as well as the choir.
