Guyana Church Grows, 20 Accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

On the fourth Sunday of April, the presence of God reigned in the midst of the service among the members of the Emanuel Church in Georgetown, Guyana.

The service began with a devotion from Luke 21:1-4, focusing on the woman who gave her last two coppers coins; Jesus praised her, saying that she offered more than the rich who gave out of their abundance.

A time of praise and worship was followed by testimonies and an exhortation on responsibility. Pastor Garraway preached a sermon, entitled "No Excuse," based on Romans 1:18-21.

After the sermon, the church was full of God's presence and the work of the Holy Spirit as twenty persons accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

May the Lord continue to add more and more people to His kingdom each day.
