The East Asia Mission Leaders Conference was recently held at All Nations Center on Jeju Island, gathering more than 600 registered delegates, pastors, missionaries, and church leaders for a meaningful time of worship, teaching, fellowship, and renewed commitment to world mission. The conference marked an important step for WOA as it continues to strengthen its mission foundation in East Asia and prepare leaders for the next stage of Gospel work.
All Nations Center served as a meaningful location for the gathering. Located on Jeju Island, the center stands in a strategic place between Korea, East Asia, and the wider mission field. For WOA, the center is becoming an important regional base where global members can gather more easily, receive spiritual training, and stay connected to the mission vision. This conference showed how All Nations Center can support the unity and growth of mission fields that are spread across many nations.
The messages shared during the conference emphasized thanksgiving, the pure Gospel, and the calling of believers to serve as “a kingdom of priests.” Delegates were exhorted to see their language, culture, history, and spiritual heritage not as reasons for pride, but as gifts that can be used to serve God’s Kingdom. This message gave clear direction for East Asia mission, showing that each people and culture can be offered to God for the work of evangelism and discipleship.
The conference also carried deep meaning for WOA’s future mission strategy. Leaders were encouraged to guard the pure Gospel, live out the complete Gospel through the love of Christ, and become true “fishers of men.” The focus was not only on holding a successful event, but on raising workers who can return to their mission fields with stronger faith, clearer priorities, and a renewed burden for souls. In this way, the conference became a sending moment for many pastors and missionaries.
The conference also gave encouragement to delegates that mission must be carried out with unity, humility, and cooperation within the larger body of Christ. WOA leaders are charged to continue raising the next generation, strengthening discipleship, and pressing forward with the Gospel.
Another important fruit of the conference was the dispatch of twenty-seven pastors from Asian mission fields, set apart to shepherd God’s church. This moment showed that WOA’s mission in the region is not only expanding through gatherings, but also through the formation of local shepherds who can teach the Word, care for believers, and lead churches with spiritual responsibility.
As WOA looks ahead, the East Asia Mission Leaders Conference points to a new season of regional mission. All Nations Center is expected to continue serving as a bridge, training base, and sending place for workers across East Asia and beyond. Through gatherings like this, WOA seeks to strengthen unity, raise faithful leaders, and advance the Gospel from East Asia to all nations.
