Cornerstone acknowledges that the recent litigation was simply a contract dispute between several merchants and Cornerstone, which has been resolved.
Both Cornerstone and the merchants agreed to settle their claims against each other.
Other named parties in the lawsuit were not a part of the settlement, and all claims against them have been dropped.
Cornerstone specifically acknowledges that claims alleging that World Olivet Assembly and Olivet University owed money under their contracts with Cornerstone were mistakenly filed.
After further investigation, Cornerstone no longer believes the RICO claims asserted in the lawsuit are warranted.
The parties have now resolved their disputes against each other on amicable terms.
