The World Olivet Assembly (WOA) begins 2025 with a renewed sense of purpose and anticipation for the growth of mission and the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a packed schedule in January of regionally held Mission Leaders' Conferences and Olivet Leadership Institutes (OLI), this year is poised to foster impactful ministry and significant advancements in mission outreach.
Mission Leaders' Conferences, held in various regions, will focus on uniting leaders, sharing best practices, and charting the path forward for mission growth. These gatherings provide an invaluable platform for collaboration and inspiration, ensuring that leaders are equipped to face the challenges and opportunities of spreading the gospel in their unique contexts.
The regionally organized OLIs aim to empower leaders at all levels by offering practical resources, training programs, and spiritual development opportunities. Sessions will address key aspects of leadership, such as strategic planning, effective communication, and spiritual renewal. By equipping leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge, WOA seeks to strengthen their ability to serve their mission fields effectively and with greater confidence.
A major focus in 2025 is to provide leaders with ongoing support, tailored to the specific needs of their regions and ministries. Whether through mentorship, workshops, or collaborative initiatives, WOA is committed to ensuring that every leader feels empowered to carry out their mission with excellence.
As the year progresses, WOA members worldwide are encouraged to dedicate themselves to prayer and action, embracing 2025 as a pivotal year for mission. Inspired by Jesus' words in Matthew 13:23, the Assembly believes that this will be a season when seeds of the gospel fall on good soil, yielding a harvest of faith and transformation.
