Asia Pacific OLI concludes with the abundant grace of God as the final fruit of 2016. With the passing of faith and tradition to new leaders of Jesus Christ, participant ignited their heart with unlimited love of God. Those who preach and listen shed tears when the love of God was overflowed in the lectures.
At the last day Rev. Sophia Hong finalized lecture on Romans 1-8. She blessed everyone, saying "We all have different talent, but no part is unneccessary for the great body of Jesus Christ. May all members find their own talents and use them for the name of Jesus"
In addition, she preached the absolute love described in Romans 8. She said "God doesn't want the perfect human, but rather the love from our heart. We should give the confession to God that "I will not change"".
Rev. David Chang, OAAP General Secretary, presented the vision of AP region. He introduced about purpose of Olivet Assembly and the powerful Christian movement that we're participating. He also elaborated on the topic of "Making Discipleship-Making Discipleships"
After testimonies, Rev. Simon Jang, President of OAAP, preached at the closing service on Luke12:41-44, titled "Who then is the faithful and wise manager". He explained on the time and duty of Christians, saying "Now we're living era of spiritual famine. Crops are waiting for harvest. We're the faithful and wise manager who should feed people."
"There are people who can know Jesus only through you and they're waiting on your move. May we share this abundant grace with wisdom and authority," he added.
Abundant testimonies follows after the first OLI session at the new location. Asia Pacific will continue to carry out the function as a cradle for Leadership in the region.
