In the afternoon of April 16 and 17, Elim SF held a special gathering, learning the essence of faith towards new participants from Los Angeles. Their faith was reorganized during the four lectures and Q&A session.
"It is important to know God's yardstick and build our life based on it, otherwise, we are easily wandered off. We need to check ourselves all the time, otherwise, our faith may become legalism, humanistic, and only seeking God's blessings. Finally we couldn't run away from his judge. "
"Our attitude is important. The one who really want to see God and love God must see Him and Love him. The important part is to live on His yardstick. When we realize our problem in faith, let us move forward with a humble and repentant heart, seeking for him. For sure, we will usher in recovery."
In the Q & A session, Pastor Elijah answered members' question with their own experience which help participants solve their doubt.
One participant said the gathering reminded her of the incipient faith in love and she realize something is wrong in her faith and would like to recover her true love and faith.
Hopefully God's words could be true power in members' life that everyone could seek God, know Him and love Him more.
