Olivet Assembly of India Senior ministry adopted new strategy in mass outreach for the past several weeks during Lent and that is to visit homes to have a close personal relationship with the families they serve.
The senior ministry representative Mrs Mary D'Souza and her partner Mr. Lawrence D'Souza as well as friends and supporters started to visit homes one by one and had fellowship with them; they spent time in breaking bread and prayer. The new strategy they hope will build stronger relationship with the people they serve and also help them have a personal relationship with the Lord which can be missing in corporate worship. Eventually, this is to lead them to the church in the near future.
Senior ministry had held mass gatherings in the past successfully but discipleship has been a challenge and therefore, in order to make disciples who can make more disciples, this new strategy has been used.
