North America Churches Open Door for Teen Ministry

Teen Mission in North America

Ministers in North America continue to strive for setting up 7 major ministries in their churches. Currently, ministers are implementing strategies to find Teen Ministry leaders and launch the much needed ministry in their cities.

Olivet Teen Mission has been providing guidance to North America ministers, helping them to set up teen ministry in their churches. The HQ provided 5 strategies to missionaries to implement in their churches:

1. Start an outreach program.

2. Evangelize heavily at universities.

3. Evangelize at local high schools & hold Bible study each week, specifically for teens.

4. Ask current church members to help serve in teen ministry.

5. Use a paper survey for teens.

North America ministers are using these strategies, as well as keeping a daily prayer standard.

Local churches are currently implementing diverse means of reaching out to teens, including surveys, music lessons and classes, providing food to the homeless in their local community. Teens in local churches are growing in their faith and are looking for more ways to serve.

The response from church attendants has also been encouraging, and there are volunteers willing to pray for and serve in teen ministry as counselors and Bible teachers.

Olivet Teen Mission hopes that each region will be able to raise leaders to serve as Youth Mentors. Often times teenagers are in a stage in their lives when they are very confused and directionless. Because teens have this mindset, it is important that they have mentors who can guide them in the way according to the Truth of God's word.

Please join in prayer for these churches in North America to set up Teen Ministry leaders that have the passion to minister to teenagers in their cities.
